This document is intended for IBM i technical professionals interested in implementing a PowerHA® environment for the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications. It describes the process used to configure a PowerHA environment on external disk storage (IBM Storwize® V7000) and for migrating a WebSphere® Express and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne installation to an independent auxiliary storage pool (IASP) to enable metro mirroring, and the use of flash copy for backup operations.
