AI-Enabled Enterprise Is Closer Than You Think

April 10, 2019

What I really want to talk to you think morning is about context. And one of the great things about being at IDC is we have a simple tagline, “Analyze the future.” For 54 years, we’ve kind of been looking at where this technology’s been going, why does it go there. Modern Risk Management for AI Models

whitePaper | September 15, 2022

The concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) dates back to the 1950s with researchers trying to use machines to simulate human intelligence in machines. However, their use in the financial sector has been limited. With enhanced customer service and mounting cost pressures, financial institutions (FIs) have now started to look at AI as a possible solution for improving cost and operational efficiencies.

Applying Artificial Intelligence to Built Environments through Machine Learning

whitePaper | January 5, 2020

Machine learning (ML) is an application of artificial intelligence (AI) that allows systems to automatically learn and improve from exposure to more data without being explicitly programmed. ML focuses on the development of computer programs that can access data and use it to learn for themselves.1 While AI represents the broader concept of machines being able to carry out tasks in an intelligent way, machine learning is a current application of AI based on the idea that we can give machines access to data, and they can use that data to learn for themselves.

The Business Value of the New Relic Observability Platform

whitePaper | May 25, 2022

The New Relic cloud-based observability platform visualizes, analyzes, identifies, and troubleshoots the entire technology stack, including software, applications, infrastructure, networks, mobile, browser, Kubernetes, and more. New Relic helps developer, DevOps, operations, and site reliability engineering (SRE) teams improve the quality of their software planning, build, and delivery along with the performance and reliability of their systems and applications. The platform is designed to provide a powerful set of observability, monitoring, problem identification, analytics, and resolution capabilities for multiple teams to gain a comprehensive, real-time, full-stack view of service performance. Its single view of all telemetry data enables teams to identify the root cause of problems quickly, drill into errors (debug) using advanced analytic models, and resolve problems using intelligence dashboards.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AT THE EDGE OF MANUFACTURING

whitePaper | November 1, 2021

Robotics, automation, Internet of Things (IoT), and data are not new in manufacturing. Manufacturing is one of the most data-rich and first industries piloting artificial intelligence at the edge. It’s been estimated, however, that about 95% of all industrial data goes unused. The reason? Legacy equipment and operational systems that tend to be proprietary and siloed are incapable of communicating with each other.
