PureSoftware and NICE Systems Collaborate to Empower Enterprises with Next-Gen Automation and Customer Experience Solutions that are Future-Ready

PureSoftware, a provider of next-generation software products and services, has collaborated with NICE Systems, a global leader in cloud and on-premises enterprise software solutions. The collaboration aims to use PureSoftware's end-to-end implementation services to improve the user experience for enterprises worldwide using NICE's world-class platforms – InContact CXone and Actimize.

PureSoftware intends to strengthen its Unified Communications CoE by building a dedicated team with NICE platform expertise. With PureSoftware's strong presence in Asia, this collaboration will provide more significant assistance to PureSoftware's customers in the region as they transform their customer service and communication processes to meet the needs of rising remote working environments.
