Nintex Workflow Cloud Now Includes AI-Based Capabilities and Integrations

Nintex, the global system for process management and automation, announced today the latest enhancements to its next generation Nintex Workflow Cloud, which is designed for operations, IT, process professionals, and system administrators to reform the way employees work by making it quicker and easier to manage, digitise, and optimise business processes and workflows.

The following are some of the most desired new features and functionality in Nintex Workflow Cloud's current release:

  • Intelligent PDF Form Converter - This AI-powered tool converts static PDFs into interactive digital forms in real time. Nintex Workflow Cloud swiftly digitises paper-based PDF forms, allowing you to delete them with only a few clicks. There is also support for fillable and non-fillable PDFs, as well as full customization possibilities using the Nintex Form Designer.
  • New Connectors - Extend automation even further by integrating with popular record-keeping and productivity applications using new pre-built connectors and the Nintex Xtensions® architecture. The most recent connectors link with Webex, Microsoft Azure, Jira, Okta, and other services.
  • Support for Repeating Data - As part of a workflow operation, provide rich document templates with tables and sections that are dynamically produced from data and object collections. Additional object data tagging can be used to improve freshly created document templates.
  • People Picker - With a Form, participants can easily search for and exploit user information. Name, email, and contact information for critical users are automatically populated, avoiding human data entry and enhancing data accuracy.
  • Nintex Gateway with SharePoint On-Premises Support - Nintex Gateway offers a secure and simple way to access SharePoint on-premises straight from Nintex Workflow Cloud, providing the ability to keep data on-premises while employing cutting-edge cloud features to achieve end-to-end automation.

Today, more than 10,000 public and private sector businesses in nearly every industry use Nintex's process mapping, workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and document automation technologies to accelerate their digital transformation programmes.
