Leading open source Machine Learning Ops Tool Suite Allegro Trains rebrands as ClearML

Allegro | January 06, 2021

Allegro AI, developer of the industry-leading open source tool suite that helps data science teams manage the operations that drive Machine Learning labs, announced today a rebranding of its key product Allegro Trains as ClearML. The new ClearML launches with not just a new brand and logo, but also with new features and an industry-first free hosted plan that gives data science teams the best software to manage experiments, orchestrate their workloads across computational resources, and manage the data that drives their machine learning experiments, all in one clear interface.

Allegro AI's software has been available as a free self-hosted open source application and as an officially-supported Enterprise-grade app with support and custom integrations, but now it's also available as a "0 code" implementation for data scientists to use in their existing workflows.

"We've seen huge growth in users and usage over the past year, and we're excited to start off 2021 with a new brand name and now with an even easier way to get started," says Nir Bar-Lev, CEO and co-founder of Allegro AI. "Our user-base is skewed towards organizations leading in AI adoption that require the most sophisticated toolset. With our managed service offering of ClearML, individuals and small teams just getting started can now get going with zero friction."

Modulos Launches a Data-Centric AI Platform That Simplifies the Development of Trustworthy AI Applications

Modulos | May 23, 2022

Data-centric AI software company Modulos AG today announced the availability of its revolutionary data-centric AI platform. The platform enables companies to identify flaws in their data in a fraction of the time required by conventional data cleaning methods. These practical recommendations then help users build better AI/ML models based on the improved data. Recent studies of how data scientists spend their time regularly highlight that curating data and then manually inspecting and cleaning it can take up to 80% of their time. (Ref: hbr.org) These efforts by highly trained specialists lengthen the time and increase the cost of AI/ML projects. Even with all this human effort spent on improving data quality, only 13% of AI/ML applications make it into production. The Modulos platform recommendations can reduce the time spent on data cleaning and quality checks by pinpointing exactly which data samples most affect the performance of AI models trained with them. "The goal of data-centric AI is to shift the focus of AI development from fine-tuning models to curating better data. AI trained on flawed data can't result in accurate and trustworthy models. That's why most of the human effort in building AI systems should focus on data quality." -Kevin Schawinski, CEO of Modulos The European Union is currently working on an EU AI Act which will set the global standard for how AI products and services must be developed and brought to market. Amongst the key requirements of this Act is that the data used to train AI is high quality, complete and fair.

PixelPlex Launches IT Consulting Services for Businesses of All Sizes

PixelPlex | March 14, 2022

PixelPlex, a full-cycle software developer, offers IT consulting services to help clients investigate the feasibility of their ideas, select technologies to implement them, and create sophisticated yet easy-to-use solutions. To date, PixelPlex has successfully launched over 450 projects. With such extensive experience of working with companies of various sizes, PixelPlex points out several major pain points that most enterprises face. The biggest problem is low efficiency and security issues associated with using outdated systems. Another one is the lack of knowledge about technologies, which leads to the low performance of implemented solutions. The last common problem is the difficulty of designing a project development strategy. After analyzing these issues, PixelPlex developed and launched IT consulting services. PixelPlex can work on new projects or join existing ones. They start the process by studying the client's business case and analyzing ideas. Then, the consultants model the solution's architecture and infrastructure, provide estimation and project roadmapping, and offer development services. The team also identifies issues and solves technical puzzles to ensure that the final solution is free of vulnerabilities, highly efficient, and performs well. PixelPlex also shared the results of two recent projects — LaneAxis and Proleague.gg. LaneAxis aimed to introduce blockchain into their shipper-to-carrier direct freight network to reduce negotiation times and make negotiations transparent, improve shipment traceability, and speed up problem resolution processes. PixelPlex proposed an effective solution, namely how to capture value with blockchain, replace third-party payment processors, and improve the platform's speed and security. The consultants created a tokenomics model that included the token system, payment methods, stablecoin purchase process, and native token trading. Proleague.gg approached PixelPlex with the idea of developing the Play2Earn ecosystem. The consultants helped the client work out a clear project development strategy and prepared a well-thought-out vision and scope document. The latter outlined main features, the scope for the MVP, tokenomics model, monetization opportunities, and the tech stack. About PixelPlex PixelPlex is a full-cycle consulting and software development company with cross-domain expertise in blockchain, DeFi, FinTech, AI, and AR/VR. The company is a trusted partner for startups, SMEs, and enterprises. PixelPlex's client list includes well-known companies such as BMW, Microsoft, Swisscom, and Kakao.

Malbek Introduces Additional Platform AI Functionality and CLM Value Assessment Tool

Malbek | May 10, 2022

Malbek, the most cutting-edge, AI-fueled Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, today announced from the CLOC Global Institute conference the availability of its expanded platform capabilities and a new CLM Value Assessment tool. Malbek's new functionality puts the spotlight on real time Redline Recommendations. Using the platform's proprietary Lifecycle AI running NLP Heuristics with Semantic Analysis, this functionality helps to identify all contracts with similar asks received from the counterparty during negotiation and then recommends to the user the best position to take, balancing historical tolerance for risk and the need for speed. This powerful new capability reduces negotiation round trips by reminding users where they usually end up post-negotiation, saving unnecessary negotiation time and further improving efficiency in contract management. "It is our belief that AI should be transparent and not intimidating for users and should be designed to get the most from the entire contracting lifecycle, not just from a single point in time. The new Redline Recommendation innovation is a valuable addition to our platform and will help our customers accelerate contract negotiation cycles even more." Hemanth Puttaswamy, CEO of Malbek The company's new CLM Value Assessment tool is designed to help leaders and contract management professionals evaluate the people, processes, and technology involved in contract management at their organization. After taking the assessment, a customized report is delivered, providing key considerations and helpful resources to guide respondents through the next steps in their CLM initiative. "We have always believed that contract management initiatives should follow this order - people, processes, and then technology," Becky Holloway, VP of Marketing pointed out. "That's why we felt strongly about bringing this new CLM Value Assessment to the broader market as a free resource." This week, Malbek is available to discuss these updates and more at the CLOC Global Institute conference. In addition, Malbek will participate in the session "Agents of Change: Leveling up Legal Operations to Maximize Business Growth" taking place on May 10, from 10:30 - 11:45 AM PT. About Malbek Malbek is today's most modern, cutting-edge CLM solution with a proprietary AI core that empowers the enterprise to do more with less.
