Kapture CRM appoints Pavit Ponnanna as Head of CX (Customer Experience)

The Kapture team is pleased to announce that Pavit Ponnanna will be stepping into the position of Head of CX (Customer Experience).

With cross-functional experience of 21+ years in customer services, operations management, Pavit's strength is customer experience and brings a deep understanding of the CX landscape. Pavit will play an instrumental role in accelerating CX for Kapture.

Henderson Engineers and Torch.AI Test New AI for Building Systems Design

Torch.AI, pioneers of Data Infrastructure AI™, is testing a new artificial intelligence application with Henderson Engineers, a national building systems design firm, to unlock the creative and problem solving potential of the firm's more than 1,000 employees.
