GT Software Announces Launch of NetCOBOL for .NET and Linux Platforms

GT Software, Inc., is a market leader in digitalization and modernization, announces the global distribution and availability of NetCOBOL® for Linux V12.2. This version enables customers to run NetCOBOL and their applications on Red Hat Linux 8. The most recent and up-to-date operating system.

The compiler permits companies to connect COBOL to Linux to create flexible, future-proof enterprise operating systems. NetCOBOL® is also available for .NET V8.0.2, which offers support for Visual Studio 2019 and a newer .NET framework that benefits corporates to save time, enhance performance, and allows instant association with others.

NetCOBOL is an effective, enterprise-class COBOL compiler and runtime environment that enhances the productivity of development processes.
