Viettel and NVIDIA Launch AI Collaboration

The Viettel Group and NVIDIA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to form a strategic relationship to enhance technology research and solutions for Viettel and Vietnam. Viettel is the first business in Vietnam to formally create a strategic relationship with NVIDIA incorporating AI activities and one of just five in Asia. Regarding AI hardware and software, NVIDIA is a world leader from edge to cloud computing. Seventy percent of the top 500 fastest supercomputers in the world employ technology from the company. Viettel will join NVIDIA's Partner Network, a global community of top businesses from various sectors. It anticipates gaining access to NVIDIA's experience in ML/AI research possibilities, industry partnerships, and other strategic engagements. By utilizing NVIDIA's high-performance computing platforms and ecosystems, Viettel and NVIDIA will work together to expedite research into and the application of Viettel's AI technology in robotics, computer vision, natural language processing, and digital twins, and other fields.
