On February 9, 2023, ConnectWise, a company that makes software for IT solution providers, announced that its remote monitoring and management tools, ConnectWise Automate and ConnectWise RMM, will now work with OpenAI's language model, ChatGPT.
The integration will allow MSPs to automate customer ticketing and issue tracking processes, leading to faster response times and improved customer service. With ConnectWise's tools and OpenAI's language model ChatGPT, MSPs will be able to improve their customer service by automating ticketing and issue tracking, which will lead to faster response times.
Raghu Bongula, chief technology officer at ConnectWise, said, "The explosive growth of artificial intelligence tools like OpenAI’s ChatGPT present huge potential in the technology sector, particularly in use cases for MSPs." He added, "ConnectWise has long been a pioneer in building innovative solutions for MSPs, and we’ve been prototyping with AI for some time; our engineers love challenging tasks and finding new ways to solve problems for our partners."
