Tallahassee is one of 50 cities the White House has designated to be a "TechHire" community. As a result, a plan is in motion to train 175 Tallahassee residents in tech jobs this year and more than 450 by 2020. Last year, President Obama launched the TechHire initiative as a call to action to train more Americans for high demand tech jobs.
