  • Intelligent PDF Form Converter - This AI-powered tool converts static PDFs into interactive digital forms in real time. Nintex Workflow Cloud swiftly digitises paper-based PDF forms, allowing you to delete them with only a few clicks. There is also support for fillable and non-fillable PDFs, as well as full customization possibilities using the Nintex Form Designer.
  • New Connectors - Extend automation even further by integrating with popular record-keeping and productivity applications using new pre-built connectors and the Nintex Xtensions® architecture. The most recent connectors link with Webex, Microsoft Azure, Jira, Okta, and other services.
  • Support for Repeating Data - As part of a workflow operation, provide rich document templates with tables and sections that are dynamically produced from data and object collections. Additional object data tagging can be used to improve freshly created document templates.
  • People Picker - With a Form, participants can easily search for and exploit user information. Name, email, and contact information for critical users are automatically populated, avoiding human data entry and enhancing data accuracy.
  • Nintex Gateway with SharePoint On-Premises Support - Nintex Gateway offers a secure and simple way to access SharePoint on-premises straight from Nintex Workflow Cloud, providing the ability to keep data on-premises while employing cutting-edge cloud features to achieve end-to-end automation.
