Extentia's X24 Hackathon -- The 'Enabler' Application

Social work is concerned with helping individuals, families, groups and communities to enhance their individual and collective well-being. Mostly, this is done through local community work, NGO work or part of the CSR activity of a business. What happens when individuals have something to share but do not have the opportunity to be connected to the groups that need the service? How can technology be used to reach out to individuals like this? The challenge is to connect those who need with those who can provide.
